Jon Bon Jovi Drops the Price on His SoHo Pad

By Jordan • March 25th, 2013

Our die-hard readers may remember last October’s article–What Recession?–announcing Jon Bon Jovi put his 7,400 square foot apartment on the market for nearly double what he paid (which, for our not-so-faithful followers, was $24M back in 2007.) He’s graciously conceded that times are tough, dropping the price by $3 million to a mere $42 million. In his defense, the apartment experienced substantial renovations under his watch, resulting in top-notch outfitting of both kitchens, a converted media room and relaxing zen gardens among the 3,100 square feet of terrace space. And, the lucky buyer will be able to sit on the couch Jon Bon Jovi sat on. The glassy duplex comes fully furnished.
